The research published on Neuron reconstructed the cellular architecture and spatial transcriptomic atlas of the human suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN)—the core brain region regulating circadian behavior—at the single-cell level, and systematically dissected the neuronal subtypes of the human SCN.
