To foster collaboration and scientific discussion, the Research Division of “New technologies for brain research” at the Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, held a seminar series, where researchers presented results from ongoing projects. On October 26th, the first seminar of this series was successfully held in conference room A405. Dr. WANG Kai, the head of the research division, and more than 80 researchers participated in this seminar.  

　　Dr. LI Bo from the Institute for Translational Brain Research of Fudan University gave a talk entitled “Deep mouse brain imaging technologies: three-photon microscopy and femtosecond adaptive excitation source”. In the talk, Dr. LI Bo presented the research progress related to the development of microscopy and challenges in the application area. Meanwhile, He introduced the strength of three-photon microscopy. The study was meaningful to deep mouse brain imaging technologies.
