CEBSIT Voluntary Team was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Collective of Science Popularization Work in the 13th Five-Year Plan" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

CEBSIT Voluntary Team has long been concerned about the education of young people in remote areas. The team used the professional advantages of research in the field of autism to hold many large-scale public welfare science lectures to help autistic children’s patients and the public to understand behavioral intervention and communication methods. They have continued to carry out "caring for children with autism" voluntary escort activity since 2014.
