The 13th Biennial Conference of Chinese Neuroscience Society (CNS 2019) was held at Suzhou during October 10^th to 13^th, 2019. About 100 CEBSIT / ION researchers attended this conference and presented their recent progress. 

　　Dr. Jiulin Du was awarded the 1^st CST Distinguished Neuroscientist Prize. Dr. Xiang Yu was awarded the 6^thHT Chang Young Neuroscientist Prize. Both of them gave the Plenary lectures during the conference. Drs. Xu Zhang, Jiawei Zhou, Chengyu Li, Yangang Sun, Yong Gu, Zheng Wang, Tianming Yang, Xiaohong Xu, Liping Wang, Min Xu, Zhen Liu and Xufei Du from CEBSIT / ION also gave talks during the symposiums at CNS 2019. 

　　Di Mu from Yangang Sun’s lab and Lin Zhong from Ninglong Xu’s lab and the other 6 researchers were awarded the HT Chang Excellent Thesis on Neuroscience. The posters from Hongyu Li, Peishan Xiang, Jinze Xie, Qiushui Deng, Changmei Zhang and Le Sun from Jiulin Du’s lab were selected to be the Bio-Techne Best 15Excellent Posters of this conference.
