Prof. Mu-ming Poo gave a keynote lecture during the 2019 World AI Conference, in the Brain-Inspired Artificial Intelligence and Collective Intelligence Forum, which was held at Shanghai Expo Center on August 30th, 2019. The lecture was entitled "Synaptic Plasticity in Natural and Artificial Neural Networks". This forum was organized by Fudan University, Shanghai Research Center for Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Intelligence, CAS Center for Excellence in Brain Research and Intelligent Technology. The theme of this forum is “Brain-inspired intelligence guides artificial intelligence, collective intelligence drives industrial innovation".
