Prof. Mu-ming Poo co-chaired the International Brain Initiative (IBI) Session and gave a presentation during this session. The IBI session is a special program of the 10^th IBRO World Congress of Neuroscience (IBRO 2019), which was held at Daugu, Korea on September 21-25, 2019. 

　　During the IBRO 2019, Prof. Poo also joined the IBRO Neuroethics Luncheon Panel and Opening Panel of the Global Neuroethics Summit.
